Effective October 27, 2026
This policy explains how Diesel Systems handles information when you visit this website or contact us about our services.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email, requested service, and project description. Phone number and budget range are optional. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, and discuss potential services. This form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Website and form providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Formspree processes inquiry form submissions, and we receive notifications and correspondence in our Gmail business inbox. These providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate their services and prevent abuse. Information may be processed outside your country.
Read the privacy policies for Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google for details about their practices.
Cookies and analytics
Our website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting and form providers may process request logs and use security features to deliver their services and prevent spam.
Retention and access
For inquiries that do not become client engagements, we keep inquiry information for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it from our Formspree inbox and business email. Client correspondence and project records may be kept longer to deliver services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Provider backups and logs are subject to each provider’s retention practices.
Access to inquiries is limited to the people working on your request. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Questions and requests
Contact dieselsystemsIt@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests about your inquiry information.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when our website or information-handling practices change.
